We're pleased to announce that The Information Factory is now an associate member of BIFA, the prime trade association for UK registered companies engaged in the international movement of freight by air, road, rail and sea and/or customs brokerage.

BIFA is run as a not-for-profit organisation funded by subscription and managed by its members of which there are currently over 1,700.

The organisation delivers four key services:

1. Reflecting member views in national and international governing bodies and institutions.
2. Provision of information and guidance on technical matters.
3. Training and development on freight and customs procedures.
4. Promotion of the freight forwarding industry.

We're looking forward to being part of BIFA, learning from it and exploring how we can support this important industry sector.
